RECIPE #1 – Mushroom Peas soupy meal

Components: ( for #1 – Mushroom Peas soupy meal )

1/three cup – Mushroom ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp – peas
1 tbsp – corn ( candy corn )
a pinch – garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp – rice
1/2 cup – water
1 tsp – oil
1/eight tsp – salt
Spice powders: ( 1/eight tsp – turmeric powder,
1/eight tsp – pepper powder,
1/2 tsp – coriander powder )

RECIPE #2 – Cheese dosa/pancake

Components: ( for #2 – cheese dosa )

1/2 cup – dosa batter ( or any pancake batter)
1/four cup – bell pepper ( capsicum ) chopped
2 tsp – oil
1/2 cup – cheese shreds ( mozzarella or any cheese )
1 tbsp – coriander leaves or parsley ( chopped )

RECIPE #three – Spinach dal ghee rice

Components: ( for #three – Spinach dal ghee rice )

1 tsp – ghee ( clarified butter )
2 Tbsp – dal ( moong dal / break up yellow lentil )
1 Tbsp – rice ( basmati rice )
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
1 tbsp – spring onion / inexperienced onion ( chopped)
1/eight tsp – salt ( a pinch )
1/eight tsp – pepper

RECIPE #four – Aloo Paratha (potato flatbread)
Components: ( for #four – Aloo paratha)

2 – Potato ( boiled, peeled & mashed )
1 – Onion ( chopped )
1 pinch – garlic ( chopped or crushed )
2 tsp – coriander leaves (chopped)
1/four tsp – turmeric powder
1/2 tsp – cumin powder
1/four tsp – salt ( or to style )

For paratha / flatbread dough:
1 Cup – Atta ( wheat flour )
1/four tsp – salt
1 tsp – oil
water ( as wanted to make a delicate dough )

RECIPE #5- Veg Risoni pasta

Components: ( for #5 – Veg Risoni pasta )

1/2 cup – chopped greens ( carrot, peas,
beans, corn )
1/four cup – tomato ( chopped )
1 cup – water
2 tbsp – risoni pasta ( any tiny pasta )
1 tsp – tomato sauce / ketchup
1/eight tsp – salt
1/eight tsp – pepper
1 tsp – oil
1 tsp – coriander leaves or parsley ( chopped)

RECIPE #6 – Mushroom Peas Upma

Components: ( for #6 – Mushroom peas upma )

1 tsp – oil
1 tbsp – spring onion / inexperienced onion ( chopped)
1/four cup – peas
2 tbsp – semolina / rava ( or bulgar or couscous)
1/three cup – mushroom ( chopped)
1 tsp – coriander leaves
1/four cup – tomato (chopped)
1/three cup – water
1/eight tsp – salt
Spice powders : ( 1/eight tsp – turmeric powder,
a pinch – chilli powder
1/2 tsp – coriander powder )
